Q: What makes a foam insert “luxury”?
A: A tightly fitted, custom-shaped cavity, a smooth or flocked soft-touch surface and firm high-density EVA foam combined create a premium, protective unboxing experience.
Q: Which density should I choose?
A: Medium to high density (50-120 kg/m³) suits most luxury goods; extra high density is used for heavier items. We will recommend the best grade for your product.
Q: Can you match my product and logo exactly?
A: Yes. Send your drawing or sample and we will cut the cavity to fit, and can add logo cut-outs, embossing or engraving.
Q: Is a free sample available?
A: Yes. Left-over material for samples is free of charge; the buyer covers freight. A 1:1 custom sample and cutting mould are available.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ from 100 pieces. Lead time is 7-14 working days after sample approval, with a supply ability of 20,000 pieces per week.
